Folk art charm and contemporary aesthetics coexist harmoniously in the Nord Counter Stool. Inspired by a boldly humble antique Swedish folk furniture, the stool’s line and form are deceptively simple. The mindful attention to the grain of the wood adds striking beauty, which is most evident on three symbolic back plates. A carefully curved back rail and contoured seat provide exceptional comfort, while the slightly tapered legs add contemporary and robust expression to the stool.
